Job Title : Cheif Technical Officer (CTO)

Description/Responsibilities :

• Lead the IT Enable Services Company, overseeing the complete operation in technical functionality and others.
• Must be capable to control the 100 above system engineer, advance level programmer including all type of technical staffs
• Must have practical & latest knowledge on ICT & IT enable services management
• Must have practical & technical knowledge on Search Engine, Email Services, Email Gateway, Online Marketing, system engineering including web base application
• Must have good organizing capability
• Formulate & implement organizational strategies, goals for the Annual Business Development Plan.
• Provide technical leadership to the company for overall growth of the Organization.
• Master the IT enable services and technical needs and update the Management with dos and don’ts
• Fill in the expertise gap from the Management level staff to the IT Technology level.
• Provide professional and technical guidelines to the organization for IT businesses.
• Identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions
• Have sound knowledge in Financial Planning, Inventory & Asset management.

Qualifications :

• Must have foreign degree on IT & ICT management
• Must have vast knowledge on web base application including IT enable services
• Must have vast knowledge on Advance level programming and web application practical operations
• Vast knowledge on system engineering and network.
• Advance Degree on CSE

Additional Requirements :

• Age 45 year(s) and over
• Must have minimum 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in implementing ICT & IT management.
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management
• Must be smart, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work long hours on and off the desk
• Must have good understanding on the regulatory guidelines of GoB, UN and other MNCs (PPR, Procurement manual etc.)
• Conceptual selling skills, creativity and innovation, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, able to handle pressure and comfortable to work in a team
• Must have a pleasant personality, out-going by nature, have the ability to convince people, and most importantly, should possess the determination to accomplish targets at any cost by going beyond the line of duties if required
• Should have knowledge in dealing with banks /financial institutions, commercial correspondence with local and foreign suppliers
• Should have networking with key players in the relevant industries, both organizations and individuals level that are engaged in the local & world wide ICT industry
