* Must be organized, motivated, work effectively under pressure and be able to manage data management software.
* Knowledge on MS Word, Excel, Power Point and practical knowledge about internet browsing.
* Typing speed should be minimum 35 words per minute in both English and Bangla.
* Be able to work independently and as a strong team member.
* Willingness to work extended hours on occasion to ensure deadlines is met.
