Job Title :IT Program Director

Description/Responsibilities :

The Blueprint Program is a complex initiative spanning all IT functions to drive a key business strategy. Its goals are to reduce operating costs, enhance delivery capabilities, and enable system sharing through the implementation of a more simplified, standardized infrastructure. The program team will perform overall program management and integration across projects and work streams that include infrastructure simplification and application. The IT Program Director will be responsible for working cross-functionally with major program work streams to ensure the delivery of Blueprint initiatives. Additionally, this role will require the ability to develop program structure and execute medium and large projects across IT. This person will manage matrixed teams that are geographically dispersed and will need strong team leadership, communication and negotiation skills. The IT Program Director will be able to lead and influence across all levels within the organization to ensure that teams work towards a common goal, regardless of resource and time constraints. This role will also require an understanding and ability to bring together IT components to deliver high quality business solutions. Some travel (~10%) may be required to support these initiatives.
# Accountable for program scope, schedule and budget management
# Identify resources needs and staffs team accordingly
# Ensure program/project documents are complete/accurate, current and stored appropriately, including all requirements, testing and traceability documentation
# Manage risks and issues to minimizes impacts on the project
# Ensure program reporting and regular communication to the project leadership team, customer and sponsor

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

• 7 years of project/program management experience leading large cross functional projects and programs in IT, Banking or Financial Services

• Master’s Degree
• 10 years of project management experience leading large cross functional projects and programs in IT, Banking or Financial Services
• Candidates with experience in IT infrastructure and application development will have a distinct advantage

The Financial Planning Officer assists the Director of Financial Planning in administering financial aid programs according to Federal, State, Accreditation, and Institutional policies and guidelines.

* Complies with all Federal, State, accreditation and institutional policies and procedures.
* Assists in interpreting Federal, State, accrediting agency, and institutional regulations, policies and procedures.
* Interview prospective students to develop a financial aid award.
* Ability to prepare and explain Preliminary Award to students and parents.
* Work simultaneously with Admissions department in order to facilitate outstanding service to prospective students and their parents.
* Review student files for completeness and accuracy. Submit files to Third Party Financial Aid Service on a timely basis.
* Responsible for effective communication with students, staff and faculty.
* Collect and maintain confidential student documentation in accordance with Federal, State, accrediting agencies, and institutional policies.
* Ability to prioritize responsibilities in order to achieve deadlines.
* Conduct Loan Counseling Entrance / Exit Interviews
* Review and authorize student’s FA award.
* Prepare and explain Cost Summary Addendum and Enrollment Agreement to students and parents.
* Contribute to campus’ Completion rate.
* Contribute to campus’ Start Show rate.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
* Six months to two years related experience and/or educational training equivalent.
* English will be the primary language used; bilingual abilities useful but not required.
* Must be able to obtain certificate for authorization for service.
* Must not be debarred from Title IV Programs, and not in default on Title IV student loans.
