Job Title :Software QA Engineer

Description/Responsibilities :
# Work eagerly to improve the domain and contexts perception within a time sensitive period.
# Ensure that testing activities will guide development to meet the business requirements and systems goals.
# Explore the application behavior and post queries & confusions.
# Major activities will include bug hunting, analyzing in details level, bug reporting and follow up the bugs.
# Analyze the formal test results in order to discover and resolve bugs and set the priority and severity of the bugs.
# Provide rapid and constructive notification on any fix/development.
# Review the production code and write down test codes to verify the functionality in need basis.
# Analyze the database structures and SQL queries, write test queries and also measure the query performance.
# Execute and interpret the results of sapient and automated tests at both the application code and user interface layers.
# Develop and document test configurations and test environments.
# Prepare and maintain test documentation suite that includes test scripts, feature workflow diagrams, checklists, test reports, release note and system support documentation.
# Perform R&D to identify the scope of test ideas that may scale up the output level

Qualifications :

Graduated in Computer Science or relevant program

* Consistent in analyzing and solving complex, multi-step problems.
* Possess an investigative attitude while testing the product.
* Ability to visualize real-time business situations and scenarios.
* Able to Capture and transform business requirements into detailed test scenarios.
* Keen to learn browser internals and data communication implementations.
* Programming skills is an added advantage to facilitate in accelerating tests.
* Generally likes working with software and computer.
* A strong desire to learn and develop technical skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with C#, ASP.NET and shell scripting is required.
* Experience with any relational database like MSSQL, Postgresql, Mysql, etc. is required.
* Familiarity with applications, such as, MS Visio, MSTest/NUnit, Subversion, Bug Tracker, load testing tool, screen capture tool is preferred.
