Description/Responsibilities :
Assume direct ownership of accounting, data process flow and reporting for the company\'s SEC reporting function. Ability to provide direction to a small team of associates. Interpret & manipulate financial data related to owned process. Identify issues, track & make alternative resolution suggestions for matters concerning owned process. Develop strong relationships with peers external to owned process. Display technical proficiency on subjects (accounting or analytical) related to owned process. Understand interrelationship of owned process within larger process. Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3 Years of experience in Accounting, Audit or Finance
Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 Years experience in Public Accounting
• 5 Years experience in Accounting
• Reporting experience
