Description/Responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain current client/agent and potential client relationships.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Prepare sales contracts and maintain contract services.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Follow-up for collection of payment.
- Follow up challan and transport schedules and delivery of books.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Manage agent services through quality checks and other follow-up.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and events
- Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications :
At least Bachelor Degree with one year sales or marketing experience
Additional Requirements :
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the agents, teachers, students and public.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and significant local travel to current and potential clients.
