Job Title : General Manager, IT Marketing

Description/Responsibilities :

·         The selected candidate would form part of the sales and Marketing team in the company. The role involves, working closely with the sales team and assisting the business development team in the meeting booking targets. The candidate should possess the ability to convincingly present the technical merits of the company’s products and solution suits. The pre-sale consulting role involves assuming technical ownership for company’s offering in high value sales situations.

Typical responsibilities include:

·         Prepare the technical response to requests for information/ requests for proposal/ request for quotations for our customers.

·         Prepare and hold product and solution technical presentations and workshops on all different levels of customers and managements.

·         Development and demonstration of prototype/demo scenarios to prospects.

·         Understand complete requirements of customer environment and work with system architects on elements in the proposal.

·         Deliver high quality technical expertise in the pre-sales process to help close sales opportunities with the customer.

·         Periodic updates to existing customers on new products and solutions.

·         Contribute to continuous product development and organizational competitiveness by providing feedback on market requirements.

·         Provide inputs to product management team on new product requirements.

·         Interact with product development group for customized proposals.

Qualifications :

MBA with Marketing as major with

IT Skills for IT enable service management

Additional Requirements :

• At least 10 years experience in the IT Marketing.
• The candidate’s competence in speaking and writing English should be of international standard.
• The candidate needs to have a proven track record of motivating, guiding and mentoring team members both technically and professionally.
• Hands-on experience in demonstration, presentation of software applications and writing technical documents.
• Being able to work on senior level with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Intercultural experience: Cultural sensitivity and experience on a global level.
